- Battery: 12 months
- Accessories (e.g. phone holder): 3 months
- Excludes consumables (tires, brake pads) and damage from misuse or modification
2. Repair & Maintenance
- Free repair/replacement under valid warranty
- Shipping costs borne by customer
- Local repair available in certain regions
3. Technical Support
Free consultation for installation and usage
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Period:Within 7 days of receipt
- Condition:Unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
- Process:Contact support → approval → return to designated address
- Costs:Return shipping at customer’s expense; 15% restocking fee may apply
- Non-returnable:Promotional items, gift cards, used/damaged lithium batteries
5. Lithium Battery Policy
- Covers only material and manufacturing defects
- Misuse / improper charging / modifications excluded
